Born and raised in Saskatoon, Courtney earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan before moving to Calgary to begin her career. She returned home to Saskatoon in 2023, where she continues to help businesses grow through thoughtful, data-driven marketing strategies. Drawing on her experience in the non-profit sector, Courtney values collaboration and believes the strongest results come from working together, while embracing the healthy drive to compete and continually improve.

Outside of work, Courtney is a lifelong runner and World University Games bronze medallist in the 1500 metres. The discipline, curiosity, and commitment she's developed through sport continues to shape her approach to work and the relationships she builds with clients and colleagues.
