Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Carron is a certified word nerd* with over 7 years of experience in copywriting, editing, social media management and advertising. She has a *Master's degree in English Literature and an undergraduate degree in Drama and Theatre Studies specialising in scriptwriting. Carron is a creative at heart who enjoys writing in all its forms - from website copy to short stories & poetry, she's happiest when she can create and shape reality using words.

When out of the office, Carron is an avid reader and collector of useless bits of trivia and nuggets of general knowledge. She loves spending time outside in nature and cannot resist jumping into practically any body of water larger than a puddle. She also enjoys crafting and baking, but spends most of her free time these days chasing after her little one and trying to raise a good human.
