We’re looking for a social-first content creator with three to five years of experience who lives and breathes short-form video — Reels, TikToks, and organic content that stops thumbs and gets people engaging. You’ll be hands-on in our downtown office, working alongside content and digital marketing enthusiasts, and on-site at client locations — phone in hand, capturing authentic moments, creating engaging posts, and turning them into content that builds communities and drives real business growth.
This isn’t just about pretty posts — it’s about building brands, increasing awareness and loyalty, delivering measurable engagement, and supporting business growth goals with content people actually want to see! You’ll test new ideas, track KPIs, and analyze performance to understand the real-world impact of your content. Best of all, you’ll be part of a larger digital marketing team, collaborating with designers, ad managers, strategists, and other content creators to ensure organic content works in lockstep with paid media and overall client growth objectives.
🎬 What You’ll Do
- Learn different brand voices & personas: Every client has a unique voice and community. Identify pain points, motivators, and interests — then create content that resonates and connects.
- Plan strategies & calendars: Build content calendars that support seasonality, promotions, and paid media efforts with our internal marketing team.
- Create multi-style content: From polished LinkedIn carousels to fast, punchy TikToks and Reels — adapt your style for each client’s industry, channel, and audience.
- Film & edit content: Plan and execute on-site shoots, behind-the-scenes moments, trending videos, client/customer stories, tutorials, and product features — then edit them into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
- Measure & optimize: Track content performance using analytics, identify what works, tweak what doesn’t, and continuously test, learn, and improve.
- Reporting: Present KPI results and new ideas to grow each client’s social presence, awareness, and brand loyalty.
- Build & nurture communities: Respond to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and foster genuine engagement. Drive community growth by increasing followers, reach, and engagement — focusing on content that delights audiences and the algorithms by increasing shares and saves.
- Spot and leverage trends: Identify emerging formats, memes, and best practices — and creatively apply them across industries.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with strategists, designers, clients, and influencers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Influencer marketing: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic UGC content and expand brand reach into relevant audiences.
