This position’s primary focus is to ensure the creation, execution, and optimization of Google Ads strategies for our clients. We are a performance marketing agency with a strong focus on generating ROAS, be this through lead gen, e-commerce, or other types of campaigns. This role concentrates on Google Search Ads, but we also work with clients who run Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Amazon Ads.

Whether you’ve just started certifying in Google Ads, or are a Google Ads Certified Digital Marketer who has been working on Google Ads campaigns for years, we’re open to passionate candidates with all levels of experience. We are looking for people who are excited about digital advertising, and our team environment has produced some of the best digital marketers in Western Canada. You will be a key part of a tight-knit team of experts, all working in their specialized domains, to deliver high-quality effective marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• Experienced with Google Ads ideally having completed at least some of the major
  Google Ads Certifications
• Passionate about digital marketing
• A life-long learner is aware of PPC marketing and interested in growing their
  experience
• Able to build, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Knowledgeable in all of the Google Ads metrics, and understand how they relate to
  each other, and the real-world objectives of our clients
• Proficient with at least some parts of the Google Ads and Google Merchant Center
  platforms
• Aware of marketing basics including conversion tracking and how to configure it on
  various platforms
• Efficient in communicating effectively and professionally with both clients and
  colleagues
• Able to understand the principles behind website and landing page CRO

This role depends on your skill level and experience. It starts at $40,000 with the ability to go up to $80,000+. That’s a wide stretch, but along with your experience, there’s a lot of room to grow and explore within the company. We all come from different backgrounds (Restaurant Owner, Salon & Spa Consultant, Management, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, etc.), but there is one thing we all have in common and that is we love to see our clients and local businesses thrive and succeed!
